All our products and programs are designed with utmost care, love and quality. We are proud to share that our return rate is less than 0.05%. Our products are usually loved by parents and children!
However, we understand that our products may not be for everyone and sometimes despite our best efforts the product may reach you in a damaged condition. Please review our return and refund policy prior to purchase.
Policy for our Books:
Sales of all storybooks and activity books are considered final, unless delivered damaged. The damage needs to be reported to us on email (hpscityoffice@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product. On reviewing the damage condition, a new book will be delivered to your address. We do not offer refunds.
